Boyhood

What would a normal childhood be like without a broken arm story? Zack was riding his bike to school the day before school ended mind you. He was going down hill on Mid-valley and there was a kid in the lane, so he went to slow down and avoid the kid, except his back brakes didn't work, so he used his front brakes instead. BIG MISTAKE! Well you can imagine what happened. Zack tumbled over his bike and luckily the bike is fine! (Ha ha) He is now what we call a bike test dummy, because he wasn't wearing a helmet. BIG MISTAKE! I wasn't happy when a I saw him!
Took him to the doctor, couldn't tell if it was broken or not. Aunt Becky took over from here. Sh sat with him at the x-ray and the doctors office, while I went to work. Thanks Aunt Boo-boo! He fractured both the bones in his left arm, the larger one being the worst brake. he got his cast on that day and right before our big trip to the lower part of Colorado. Luckily it is water proof, he can shower and swim with it on. Where was that when I had my casts? Boyhood.
